Absentee Bid Form

Fields marked with a * are required.

  • Bids will only be accepted from verified registered bidders.
  • Indicate your bid for each lot.
  • Bids will be executed as cheaply as reserve and other bids allow.
  • A buyer’s premium of 15% is payable on each successful bid.
  • All purchases must be paid for and collected prior to 1pm on the day following the sale. Failure to do so will incur storage charges.
  • Payment can be made in person, using cash, a debit card or credit card, a supplement of 2% will be charged on credit card transactions.
  • Goods will only be released when cleared funds are in place.
  • Goods will only be released to the buyer or their authorised agents.
  • Where we receive more than one bid of the same value, the first received bid will take precedence.
  • Where appropriate, your bid will be rounded up or down to the nearest amount consistent with the auctioneer’s bidding increments.
  • While Clare Auctions take every care to ensure that absentee bids are executed correctly we cannot be held responsible for any errors made or bids missed.
